If a RCAT vendor tells you they have been in business for over 10 years, they are somewhat misleading, since WBT courses really didn’t start to hit the mark until 2000 and then you have limited choices on how to build. It was difficult to say the least and learning it wasn’t much easier. E-Learning 24/7.
