In a recent activity, they had all of the restaurant greeters videotape their best customer greeting and then upload the videos to their internal video site. The employee videos were highlighted creating an environment where people were looking for videos and the recognition their team or site would get. Details coming.

In fact, I was talking to someone recently who said that she really appreciates all of the resources available through sites like Facebook and Twitter. Many of the social media tools and sites have an RSS feed. By subscribing via RSS feed, you can access everything from one site rather than having to visit each site that interests you.
