I’m using a standard for organizational learning quality in the process of another task. Why or for whom doesn’t matter. What does matter is that there are two problems in their standard that indicate we still haven’t overcome some pernicious problems. And we need to! So, for the first one, this is in their standard for developing learning solutions: Uses blended models that appeal to a variety of learning styles.
