Beware: the embedded movie is a SWF, you need a browser with enabled Flash Player to watch that movie. Everything worked fine for SWF output also in later versions. Cannot see the Captivate window (Mac)

I am not able to see the Captivate window on my MacBook Pro (Early 2013) when running Adobe Captivate 2017 (running MacOS 10.13.4 High Sierra). I can see the opening screen to choose recent project or new project and the progress bar comes up on the upper left of the screen. When Captivate fully opens, cannot see the window or project, but can see the menu bar.
