Captivate 19 Scorm/LMS issue

Hello, I updated my lesson from Captivate 17 because my work would not be saved is I selected no. When I test my work via Preview/SCORM cloud – it fails and states low internet speed which is not the case. I even tried publishing and posting to my LMS/Absorb. It uploads without error but when you go to preview via LMS the screen is white without data present on the screen. Can anyone tell me what the best practices are to track down this issue? I do not know what to look for.
