eLearning Australia

Upside Learning

We’ve been serving the Australian market for more than four years now. It’s not a large market for us but one that has been growing consistently. The Logical Blog by IconLogic

by AJ George. Related to last week's article on changing PowerPoint's default color palette , I was asked by a reader if it was possible to set up PowerPoint so that, by default, shapes were drawn without a fill color. After tinkering around with the color palettes, I can find no way to set PowerPoint so that every time you start a new presentation the shapes are already pre-set to draw without a fill color.

Layering learning

Electronic Performance Support Systems are a fabulous concept, as pioneered by Gloria Gery back in the early 90′s. The notion is that as you use a system, and have entries or decisions to make, there are tools available that can provide guidance: proactively, intelligently, and context-appropriate. Now, as I heard the complaint at the time, this would really be just good interface design, but the fact is that many times you have to retrofit assistance on top of a bad design for sad but u

Adobe FrameMaker: Selectively Using Bold in a Table of Contents
