“You can’t water dead plants”

I’ve heard this phrase before, but never really thought about it until it was put in the context of work, and what an unsupportive work environment could do to you.

“You can’t water dead plants”

Here’s a message to all managers and leaders, in any shape or form – look after your team(s), they are your business, your success, and your future.

I see a lot of creative people who end up in organisations that just cannot understand what makes them tick.

It always destroys them. The institution won’t love you back.
