Not surprising, the terms most closely associated with Adoption are Adoption of Social Software and Adoption of Enterprise 2.0. Of course, there’s a lot of great information out there on this via eLearning Learning under terms like Discussion Forum , Collaboration in Discussion Forums , Discussion Forum Adoption , Benefits of Discussion Forums , Discussion Forum Case Studies. The convener had heard me speak on the performance ecosystem (via Enterprise 2.0, studying under Don Norman , as a consequence teaching interface design at UNSW), and work with publishers and adaptive systems using content models, means I’ve been touching a lot of their work and gave a different perspective.
