Mzinga is the result of a merger between KnowledgePlanet and Shared Insights at the end of 2007. My first encounter with them was when they were still known as KnowledgePlanet. How do we capture the expertise of Boomers before they retire or leave the organization? At work, we’re lucky if we do any of these things at all.
