Wikis for Improving Productivity

They used UStream for the audio, in addition to the typical phone line. I know I’m a little late to the party, but this is actually the first time I’ve used UStream. We use the wiki for our team, but I wonder what we can do to be more effective with it, as well as how we can help other departments in the company. Small groups, no more than 10 people at a time to manage questions. Q: Do you see this as a knowledge management tool?
