Mzinga is the result of a merger between KnowledgePlanet and Shared Insights at the end of 2007. My first encounter with them was when they were still known as KnowledgePlanet. Unfortunately, these skills and competencies are not found in most organizations today, and this is a big challenge in adopting these new approaches.
