Whip up some help sheets with Snagit or Snagit for Chrome and voila! Check out these 5 ways screencasts have saved my sanity: Better How-Tos with Google Docs. So instead of instruction laden how-to presos, use SnagIt for Chrome and record :20 (or less) videos that can be turned into GIFs.

Don’t increase your number of or frequency of posts, but rather, increase the effectiveness of your posts. It’s also important to make sure your images are sized right for each social network; I created a custom fixed region preset in Snagit which allows me to capture images in the right size from the start!
