They understand that the most effective courses (regardless of micro or not) are non-linear (people can jump around). That they utilize adult learning and are engaging/interactive. . Plus they each can incorporate a form of learning technology, believe it or not. A LRS is ideal and a perfect fit within an LMS (and subsets). .
