I’ll show the steps for adding captions in Camtasia for Mac. However, the easiest way is to select Audio Effects and then drag the captions effect to the audio track on the timeline. With Camtasia, you can directly import the PPT slides and add them to the timeline just like any other kind of media.

Effective writing too. If they are a Mac User they may not be using Office 365, so uh, get ready to buy – for them (if they are not). They can’t see you, thus tone becomes critical. It is easy to misinterpret something because you are thinking in one tone when they could be writing in another.
