PENS (Package Exchange Notification System) is a wonderful standard that provides a method for authoring tools to directly send course packages (primarily SCORM) to an LMS. I think xAPI has managed to do that, but I don’t see SCORM disappearing anytime soon. Can you provide some insight into PENS?
