Many people tend to see clients/users as a cause and effect relationship – i.e. the vendor has a lot of clients/users and this says they have an excellent system. It is that time of the year, okay, not really, but it is time or more specifically near the time for the release of my Top 50 LMS mid-rankings report. It is designed to focus first on small business or small organizations, in other words, low user bases.
