Prediction #1 => eLearning 2.0 - Increasing Pressure It's safe to predict that you'll be hearing more and more about eLearning 2.0 There will be increasing pressure on each of us to understand eLearning 2.0 for ourselves in order to apply it within our organizations ( eLearning 2.0 - An Immediate, Important Shift).

It’s always fun at the end of the year to go back and take a look at what you’ve been working on, what you’ve learned during the year. 2009 Top Posts and Topics , Top 125 Workplace eLearning Posts of 2009 and just running through my blog posts for the year. In June 2008, Work Literacy Launched. I’m convinced that we are all struggling to have our Work Skills Keep Up. Each of these allowed me to fast forward my learning and share knowledge effectively.

Back in 2007, I pointed out various aspects of what I was seeing: strategy/strategic and performance are back as topics after dropping way down in 2006 surprisingly trainer is also back, you would think in the age of eLearning 2.0 this would be down notable dropping topics: games, simulations, knowledge, interactive and blended Karyn Romeis commented: Hmm. This works across any subset of the content including sources, keywords and arbitrary searches.
