I agree with Mark that there are fairly sizable organizational culture aspects to enterprise adoption of enterprise 2.0 / web 2.0 / eLearning 2.0. I think Mark missed the bigger barriers of Changing Knowledge Worker Attitudes and the work literacy gap. And I think it's easy to underestimate that impact.
