Examples of eLearning 2.0

Clark Quinn

During my presentation last Thursday that was an introduction to eLearning 2.0 as part of an online event for the eLearningGuild, I mentioned a few common ways that I've seen eLearning 2.0 I always suggest people shouldn't try to come up with a big eLearning 2.0

Tony Karrer

eLearning Podcasts (and a few others)

The eLearning Coach

Although there are many education-related podcasts, there are surprisingly few devoted to eLearning in the workplace. eLearning Stuff is produced by James Clay, a learning Resources Manager at Gloucestershire College. The Toolbar features Brian Dusablon and Judy Unrein as they drink beer and discuss the authoring tool and development side of eLearning. Topics have included: beers, Zebra Zap, Captivate, Articulate and the eLearning Guild’s Authoring Tools Report.

Donald Clark - Dumbness of Crowds - Hmmmm

Tony Karrer

First - I tend to agree with Donald that most Web 2.0 activities are more independent actions of individuals than true collaborative work (team work) on a work product. This is true in most project teams. Okay, sure, there are individuals contributing to an article, but if several people edit the same article (such as the definition of eLearning 2.0), is that somehow not collaborative?
