Guy Wallace shared his recommendation for Mager and Pipe’s “must read” book “Analyzing Performance Problems”.  In addition to being an amazingly helpful book with a famous flowchart, it has got to be one of the all-time best subtitles for any book – “Or, You Really Oughta Wanna–How to Figure out Why People Aren’t Doing What They Should Be, and What to do About It”. If you haven’t seen it yet, stop what you’re doing and go find a copy!
