Happy Friday! We’re heading into Spring Break week here and I’m looking forward to the chance to be outside in the sun and just breathing in the fresh air. Speaking of which, I’m reading the most fascinating book – “Breath” by James Nestor. It is amazing to learn the significant health impacts of how we breath. Did you know that breathing through the nose has innumerable benefits: more oxygen, lowers heart rate, protects us from pathogens. Anyone who breathes should read this book!
