On day one of our series, we learned that AICC (Aviation Industry Computer-Based-Training Committee) can be considered the first eLearning standard, used to track how learners progress through course content. While many eLearning vendors still support AICC, the standard is usually a legacy of older platforms and businesses.

eLearning vendors (those that design custom courseware) are often handed the course to be built. The sponsor says "we want this eLearning course." So the vendor scopes it out and does the design work, the storyboarding, the development work. Im interested to see what responses you might get. Evaluation complete.
