Sometimes it is a result of the vendor, other times it is a failure of due diligence on the part of the soon to be customer. The vendor’s salesperson tells you want you want to hear. OR “We work well with every system out on the market, every one of them. I expect nothing less from the vendor. If the vendor offers a couple of solutions, not all of those clients are going to be using the same solution – so who is using the solution like me?
