This is not a synchronous platform–experts can use a webcam and easily record and upload content. Focus on the tacit knowledge that is usually hard to share. Still working on that.

Elluminate did not work through several firewalls, so we had to switch to WebEx. And, the current state of network and application security at most companies is poor enough to make it hard to imagine on-demand deployments being any worse, experts agree. The Yahoo Toolbar (for MyWeb ) couldn't be installed on locked desktops.
