So I recently invited 14 community managers from around the world to rate the key factors that drive Yammer use in their respective organisations. Imagine interacting with your colleagues across the enterprise, asking questions, collaborating, sharing knowledge. Why spend half an hour running around trying to find someone who can help you, when you can just post it to Yammer and let the crowd post a reply.

The one who has the most to fear from Google+ is Yammer. Don’t get me wrong: Yammer has revolutionised social learning in the workplace. To me, Yammer is the most similar to Google+.
