Even at IBM, and I’m several years out of date so this could have changed, Blue Pages wasn’t flawless. IM was kid stuff. Unbelievable.

IBM is linking partners and clients into its collaborative infrastructure. Organizations have woken up to the power of people working together. The world moved at a slower pace.
