Cammy Beans Learning Visions: Best Practices for Software Training?

Learning Visions

Friday, December 19, 2008 Best Practices for Software Training? This has been the year of software training. Weve taken scenario-based approaches, so the learner can sit with an expert and watch how he does his job using the software. Weve added thoughtful, process-based questions in the middle of the software demo to break things up. The next project Im about to take on is going to be more of a just-in-time performance support tool.

The Year in Productivity

Vitalyst

With the release of two major products, Slack Enterprise Grid and Microsoft Teams, it is becoming clear that software companies are beginning to recognize the demand for smarter enterprise collaboration systems. They also free up time that would otherwise be spent searching for project information in IM, email, and other sources. Both products are relatively new to the enterprise space, and the number of integrations is expected to climb.
