I'm hoping to address questions such as: How do you create a personal tool set or Personal Learning Environment (PLE) for yourself? This sounds a lot like a personal learning environment, personal knowledge management (PKM) and personal work and learning environment (PWLE) and PIM. Getting Things Done is the classic example of this.

For example - Luis mentions: Well, to start with, about 100 news sites from all sorts of different places, including TechMeme , TailRank , Megite , Findory , Blogniscient , diggdot.us , Topix , Google News , etc. Of course we are all using Google / Yahoo to search for information on an as-needed basis. adoption is getting folks to manage their personal knowledge and adopt practices like blogging for personal knowledge management (PKM) and personal learning. Certainly PLE and PKM would seem to be too limited, right? Central to my PLE is the people I work with and the applications I use for communication with those people.
