This exercise is excellent to narrow down your knowledge gaps. Knowledge sharing is a social phenomenon. Most of them are social.

I mistakenly wandered into the keynote for VoiceCon, the co-located conference, where this character from Siemens was explaining their integration of social software and phone service. Booz is employing enterprise 2.0 The answer is to trust your employees.
