Demystifying Working Out Loud

It has helped me to develop my personal learning network (PLN) and enabled my PKM. The 9:00 am to 5:00 pm notion of work is all but vanishing, at least for the knowledge workers. The baby boomers are retiring taking their tacit knowledge and experience with them. The workforce is ubiquitously connected, networked, and mobile.
