Flash Professional (FLA). Flash Player (SWF). One problem that I did run into with InDesign was using Flash (SWF) files imbedded into the document. For some PCs, the Flash elements worked fine. You might also be interested in our page on Facebook or Twitter feed. InDesign Markup (IDML).

Larger files on their own may be no problem, but when multiplied by the size of the audience, it can cause bandwidth problems that affect internet service providers and users. MP4 works well for videos posted on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Flash is not supported by iOS devices. Containers (file extensions).
