Your design of the document would be much simpler, so the end user could easily print it for future reference.

Larger files on their own may be no problem, but when multiplied by the size of the audience, it can cause bandwidth problems that affect internet service providers and users. MP4 works well for videos posted on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Be aware that the higher the bit rate, the larger the file size.
