Captivate: if I output to HTML, I have to un-check “Auto Label” box in “Item Accessibility” and enter my own text?

HOWEVER, it seems like the auto label feature for accessibility is only applicable for SWF output (FLASH?). I am trying to create accessible e-Learning. Also, I am required to output my course file in HTML format. Is that TRUE? Will it change eventually in 2017 or 2019 version?

All I did was apply an effect to my title object to make it slide in from the left. Once I did that I previewed the slide and it executed perfectly as well as all the other objects on the slide. However, when I go to preview in HTML 5 nothing shows up, including the title with the effect. What is the deal? This should be a straightforward task.
