A few days before the launch of iPad Apple had released a list of ‘iPad ready’ websites having support for HTML5.

If the technology infrastructure does not enable internet connection and the only availability is mobile, then m-learning on a smartphone is workable and clearly acceptable. HTML5 will be available on every one of those tablets, plus they will offer Flash (notable exception the iPad). There are exceptions. Plus the iPad.
