Every now and again I wonder about the multi-user 3D environments, or virtual worlds that were all the rage just a couple of years ago, the finest example being Second Life. Second Life itself was a promising collaborative 3D learning platform.

We’re also aware of the excitement about virtual worlds, and so we’re porting the game into Second Life. We’ve checked with various departments to see if they’ve got portals of information. So, to get product information, you go to the sales site, er, or is that engineering? Wikis and blogs?

Google Reader Its how I stay informed on the latest blog posts and news. Not only is Twitter great for the occasional laugh, but also a great source of information and links. My iPod Touch I know that this is a piece of hardware, but it makes learning and recording information on the fly a breeze, at least when theres wireless around.

No firewall or technical infrastructure. So Ive got this client Im working with to help define an e-Learning strategy , and Im thinking about what role FaceBook should/could play in their plan.
