I recommend adopting their tools and their security mechanisms. My suggestion is that you don't really try to sell Yammer or a Wiki or any other kind of tool. As a side note, I think selling Twitter/Yammer is harder than selling social bookmarking and wikis. Many of the suggestions in Learning 2.0
