2010 LMS Products of the Year

I include Learning Portals, LCMSs, as part of the mix. Open Source Systems – That have to be 100% free to be considered. Open Source LMS of the Year. The product is Flash based, which is nice, but lack of mobile optimization for the iPad. Social Learning is limited. These standout to me.
