Even one vendor who only offers desktop has a forum setup for collaborative and peer review services. Worse, printing it out and handing it off to be marked up by your SME or another staff person. Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? Mobile Learning. They output only to HTML5.

Top 10 LMS/LCMS Trends and Forecasts
