Articulate – The Storyline product is proving popular but is still closely allied to converting PowerPoint into Flash. Lectora will publish both Flash and HTML5 for Apps and rendering through iPads and smartphones.

I agree the technologies to create, deploy and manage HTML5-based mobile web apps will greatly improve in 2012 but I don't feel they will mature to the point they can replace all native apps – at least in most of the primary enterprise use cases for learning that’s managed and tracked. I only know of a few vendors who have integrated FB and Twitter APIs into their systems – so it is actually Twitter and Facebook. . HTML5 support – sorry Flash fans . Claro enables true HTML5 output.
