They involved talent management, “hello and goodbye” with vendors, social learning, upswing in mobile learning, new feature sets in the authoring tool space, flat lining in web conferencing and standalone platforms. Expect a few commercial vendors to jump into the augmented reality space for e-learning. Open source toolkits already exist, so I am projecting an increased use with education and businesses who have the tech folks in house to build such apps.
