Storyline 2 comes with about 25 or so illustrated characters and 1 photo character (with the option for a few more). The major improvements to Storyline 360 are for the HTML5 output. now work in the HTML5 output. So it’s good to know that Articulate content is poised to be ready for an HTML5-only world.

Interestingly, a large portion of LMS vendors have not optimized their products for the iPad/ iPad2 and with the exception of two content authoring tools, HTML5 capabilities, specifically the ability to output a course in HTML5 does not yet exist. I know of one vendor who gives end users the flash files after building the course.

Lots of royalty free stock photo options here – you still have to buy the license mind you, but you can find truly “free” without giving credit to anyone and add it. Again, why?

I love that you add HTML5 sims, but the whole Flash usage especially when the system offers nice m-learning capabilities (including on/off synch for assignments), is baffling – uh, iOS doesn’t play well with Flash (you can use alternative browsers in the iTunes store).
