KeepVid offered both (save as FLV and save as MP4) and a nice bookmarklet as well. I've not tried it, but it appears to work for Google Video, MySpace video and more. Other ways to download YouTube Videos and/or convert them. To get it in Flash Video Format / FLV - you can use the little tool provided by TechCrunch.

So, I took the presentation on The story of the 30-minute masters that I created last week in Articulate and decided to re-create it in a movie format that would work for both YouTube and the iPod (MP4). I thought about Captivate, but that only exports Flash movies (SWFs). I couldn't do this with Articulate. This worked fine too.
