Publishing a responsive project to Moodle (Html only)

Hi everyone and a good day to you!

Right now im struggeling to 1) publish my project as a html-only version and get it to work on moodle (optimally with LMS SCORM 1.2).

A second Issue im Having ist that suddenly, 2) my preview (full project) and published versions only show slides 1-10 and the rest of the slides (approx. 40) wont react or show and I’m not having a clue where that came from.

Regarding 1):

My project was originally created as a blank project and now I converted it into responsive. Here I want to publish it in html. From all the publishing advice I’ve read I can anyhow only pusblish it as html. Somehow the ZIP created still puts .pdf and .swf files in.

The blog https://forums.adobe.com/message/10516975#10516975 concludes that somehow the other index files (multiscreen.html etc.) inherit the code to use flash as well.

I’m confused by the facts that the ZIP still contains the .swf and the .pdf versions as I thought it’s only possible to publish it in html. How can I get it to work and how can I change the zip file?

Secondly, when I upload the zip to our Moodle and use the build-in “learning package” option it only chooses the flash files. When i delete the .pdf, .swf data from the zip, nothing will start. So far the only option I found to use captivate on moodle together with LMS is ths learning package. Uploading the index.scorm.html  file as a “link/url” to moodle works but not with lms.

Right now my only concern is to somehow get it to work and I’m not sure if the problem is on the captivate side or the moodle side. Did I somehow miss something? Help is much appreciated!

Regarding 2):

Also, somehow from one save to another the full project preview (html) and the published version (only flash working so far) wont sure more slides than 1-10. Also, there is a QUIZ button which wont’t work and look like they are greyed out. The others simply don’t react anymore. I didn’t find anything on the forums, what could be the solution to this?

Thanks a lot guys!

basically it means bad news, one should not use “save as responsive project” because it’s not working properly. Try to redo your project from the latest save version which is not responsive. Choose a fully responsive project from start or see if you can use a blank project with scalable content aswell. Open the current project in the tab on top and then you can copy & paste objects into the new working project.

Greetings
