From products that ranged from the latest versions of RCATs to new vendors in the space, including text to speech. . Simply put, one vendor has over 200 Flash-based templates in their product. HTML5: Must be a Fad. The number of vendors who can publish to HTML5, are four. . I wasn’t disappointed.

Some vendors push heavily on PPT, implying that a great WBT is really a PPT converted to Flash. Flash output – still red hot. In the latest podcast featuring Volkner Zimmerman who is on the executive board at IMC-AG, he explicitly states that HTML5 is necessary in any course output for mobile. It isn’t.

Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning). Prediction #4 => Text-to-Speech Growth Accelerates Watson (the IBM machine that beat humans on Jeopardy) shows us how intelligent machines can help answer certain kinds of questions.
