What I found was a solution that is a rapid e-learning authoring tool that offers easy to use functions as uploading learners and basic tracking results. It works within PowerPoint so that any one who knows PPT can quickly come up to speed to create a nice looking presentation. My current plan is to use Captivate to create flash simulations that can be embedded in content created by Articulate or Lectora. Captivate does a very good job of creating software simulations. at 8:15 AM.

Ive done some wireframes in PPT, but I keep coming back to Word. Rapid eLearning on a tight budget/timeframe, but as the ID you want to do something different and better -- more engaging, more memorable. We use Flash for our development efforts, with a lot of templated, reusable components to speed up development time.
