Video files not embedding and loading properly on swf publish

I have tried multiple file types (mp4 and flv), both input variations (event and synchronized) and multiple flash output versions (10.x The previews within captivate play perfectly (preview>project), and it’s only upon publishing and reviewing the file that I get issues. x), all to no avail.
