Evolution of L&D - Some more thoughts

The need to appear useful and show some results drive L&D to tackle all problems with a course/program or training session. I s the team a new one – think of the stages of team formation (Forming, Norming…) and not yet used to working together? L&D unfortunately becomes an accomplice to this. Could there be a motivation issue?
