CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. I found that if people knew the trainer was an employee, the scores tended to be higher – due to the fear that the person would be fired if the scores were low.

The LMS – Let’s Set The Record Straight

Docebo, an LMS, scores around 62%. In my upcoming NexGen Leader Pack (coming in late July), the majority are LMS vendors. I think as systems evolve with Gen-AI and the LLM, tailored can get even better – but we are still so very early; any vendor that says “100% we do it,” there are always, “What about this?”

How about – Litmos actually skinning the product themselves – as the majority of vendors do – at no additional charge or more simple click customization options. The interface you showed was similar in many ways to the old GeoLearning 3D look back in 2002 (which Geo eventually dumped – too bad).

LMS Satisfaction Features and Barriers

These are being reported out of the larger eLearningGuild population and I would claim that they are likely more accurate than survey research that goes through the vendors themselves. Several of the LMS vendors appear more than once, such as Oracle. 17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low.
