They don't really have a tech team, so going with a hosted solution that would live at a subdomain would be best, i.e., subscribers would go to: learn.company.com in order to sign up, pay, and get access to webinars, content, etc. They are early stage, so low-cost would be good.

Also, my guess is that looking at License costs is probably a bad idea here since quite often there are services, hosting, etc. These include the hosted and locally deployed implementations from 2007. Also, are the price quotes mentioned above reasonable? What would you suggest? costs that can exceed license costs.
