Demystifying Working Out Loud

It has helped me to develop my personal learning network (PLN) and enabled my PKM. The 9:00 am to 5:00 pm notion of work is all but vanishing, at least for the knowledge workers. The workforce today is not only globally distributed but also contingent giving rise to the notion of the extended enterprise.

I would also like to emphasize that PLN is intricately linked to one''s personal knowledge management (PKM) capabilities. With complexity, chaos and flux taking over and becoming the norm, we can expect codified knowledge stocks to have very short shelf-lives. The former wouldn''t make sense without the latter.
